COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Children 6 months - 5 years

- Introduction: This clinic is only for children ages 6 months to 5 years old with Somerset County residency. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- This clinic is only for children ages 6 months to 5 years old with Somerset County residency.
- Registration forms can be printed and completed ahead of time: Moderna 6mo-5yrs or Pfizer 6mo-4yrs
- Appointments are not required.
