Somerset County and its municipalities continue to invest in infrastructure that facilitates growth, including at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC), which is the #1 community college for career training in New Jersey.

• 1st Clean Room environment at a community college in New Jersey is being built by RVCC with a curriculum developed in collaboration with cell and gene therapy manufacturers.

• Competitive package of tax credit and incentive programs offered by the State for companies that locate or expand here, and from the County when companies build in designated “Eligible Incentive Locations.”

• Local & County officials are working together to bring a 2 million square foot multi-tenant development to market in Bedminster and has already been re-zoned for high-tech and aseptic manufacturing.
