Nicole Del Duca, MA, LAC holds a master’s degree in clinical counseling and a School Counseling Certification from Centenary University. Nicole has experience in crisis intervention, special education, care management, higher education, and psychotherapy. Nicole is currently a Training Specialist at Tri County Care Management Organization, where she assists in developing, coordinating, and conducting staff and community trainings. Nicole is also an outpatient children’s therapist specializing in play therapy, and co-founder of Growth Now, LLC, providing Nurtured Heart Approach® trainings to parents, youth, educators and mental health professionals throughout the state of New Jersey.
Kevin Dyches, BA

Kevin Dyches has spent the last 8 years of his career with Tri- County CMO. Over the last 13 years he has been supporting families and youth with different challenges such as anxiety, depression, cultural stress, and poverty. Kevin completed his four-year degree at Bloomsburg University with the intent to serve the community. Furthermore, he was a high school and college athlete which has led to a life of loving sports. Kevin loves the camaraderie sports brings whether he was playing or watching. He has taken the lessons learned through sports to Tri-County CMO where he has grown in many ways. For example, Kevin recently supported a local school in a video-led discussion about Race, Gender, and Equity. He looks forward to using his experience to hold a thought provoking and growth inducing conversation about Anxiety. Kevin hopes we can all leave this conversation better informed about anxiety and how it can impact our lives.
