The Access Center at Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center serves as the single point of entry for individuals seeking services at Richard Hall Community Health and Wellness Center. The process begins by contacting the Access Center and completing an initial inquiry with an Intake Triage Specialist. The initial inquiry allows us to obtain relevant information which will assist us in understanding your needs and the best way to help. This process greatly reduces the wait time when you arrive by having all of your information available and on-hand for easy access.
Once the initial inquiry is complete our Intake Triage Specialist will assist you in scheduling your intake evaluation. We are offering appointments in person.
* For your safety and ours, all visitors will be screened before entering the building. Upon arrival you are asked to arrive at your scheduled time and to register with the receptionist at our front desk. Our staff will meet with you and introduce you to our billing staff to complete any necessary paperwork. Once completed one of our clinical staff will meet with you and complete your evaluation on that day.
During the initial evaluation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns with the clinician and together you will discuss the appropriate service that best meets your needs.
Within two days of your evaluation your clinician will meet with the Disposition Team, a multidisciplinary group of professionals who may make additional recommendations as well as assign your permanent therapist.
