FEES
Each qualified service provided by Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center has a fee assigned. A list of fees will be made available to you during your meeting with the Billing Department on the day of your first appointment.

 All clients with insurance, pay specific co-pays and/or co-insurances that are set by the insurer. If you have special concerns, please consult with one of the Billing Specialists.

Somerset County Residents:
Somerset County residents who do not have insurance (“self-pay”) will be provided a fee accommodation based on their documented income to receive services. Self-pay clients must provide proof of income (e.g. pay-stub, tax documents) at the first appointment or when changes to income occur. The sessions’ fee is based on family income and number of dependents.
 
Non-Somerset County Residents:
Self-pay clients from out of county are charged full fee unless their life situation warrants a special arrangement. Please see Billing Specialist to inquire about qualifications.
