Homeowners, renters and apartment managers can save energy, money, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and make their homes more resilient by identifying and implementing energy conservation and efficiency measures.  There are several steps residents can take to determine what they can do to save energy.  Below is a Household Energy Self-assessment Tool that can be used as a starting point. It is provided in 11 x 17 and 11 x 8.5 page size format for your printing convenience.  It has been provided as a write-able PDF so that it can be filled-in electronically.  Residents can also reach out to their energy utility companies for guidance, as well as to the NJ Board of Public Utilities - Clean Energy Program.
