WQMP Revision and Amendment Procedures

When the 2016 amendments to the New Jersey Water Quality Management Planning Rules became effective in November 2016, the site-specific revision and amendment procedures changed (see N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.3, 3.4 and 3.5).  In response, the County updated its own review procedures, which were adopted by the County in 2018 and are available at the following link.
